Our Commitment

We strive to ensure that peakmotorcars.com is accessible to and usable by people of all abilities and that our showroom, written communications, and customer-service practices reflect the same standard.

We are guided by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the California Unruh Civil Rights Act, and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, and we target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

What We Do

• Provide semantic HTML, descriptive page titles, and a single primary landmark per page.
• Maintain a logical heading hierarchy and skip-to-content link for keyboard users.
• Author meaningful alternative text for informational images and mark decorative images as decorative.
• Test text contrast against the WCAG 2.1 AA 4.5:1 ratio for body copy and 3:1 for large text and interactive controls.
• Ensure all interactive controls are reachable, operable, and labeled for assistive technology, including icon-only buttons.
• Honor user preferences for reduced motion and increased text size.

Ongoing Effort & Known Limitations

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. Some legacy vehicle photography may lack ideal alternative text, and certain third-party embedded content (for example, financing portals or video providers) may not yet meet our standard. Where third-party content does not meet WCAG 2.1 AA, we work with the provider to remediate or offer an accessible alternative on request.
